Dry Needling:

Dry needling is a technique used in physical therapy and other medical fields where thin needles are inserted through the skin and into muscle tissue to target trigger points. It is used to alleviate pain, reduce muscle tension, and improve range of motion. Unlike acupuncture, which is based on traditional Chinese medicine, dry needling is based on modern anatomy and physiology principles.

Cupping:

Cupping is a form of alternative therapy that involves placing cups on the skin to create suction. The suction is created by using a mechanical pump. The cups may be left in place from a few minutes to up to an hour and help alleviate pain, reduce inflammation, and improve blood flow.
